Return & Refunds Policy

Refunds will be issued on two conditions.

  1. If the art work is not satisfactory to the purchaser, the work must be returned within 7 days of delivery, undamaged, with the original packaging, repackaged according to packing instructions. Return by the same shipper. Insurance for the total purchase price and a tracking number are required. This is done at purchasers’ expense. Request the return by emailing the artist.
  2. If work is damaged in shipping to purchaser. If the package is heavily damaged, do not accept and have shipper return to artist. Otherwise, purchaser must document all damage to packaging and art work with photos provided to the artist for an insurance claim. Keep all packaging material for a claim inspection.

Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or never received. Purchaser will have to pursue an insurance claim. Tracking recommended.

Refunds will not be given for art that is damaged due to misuse/care by the purchaser.
